As a Senior Loan Officer you’ll bring every product you already offer while adding a powerful new offering that opens doors with contractors, builders, and real estate agents who need renovation financing solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Originate self-sourced mortgage leads while spending more than half your time in the field developing relationships with contractors, builders, and real estate agents.
- Educate homeowners on how renovation lending unlocks possibilities that traditional loans cannot, using both standard mortgage products and our proprietary RenoFi Loan suite.
- Execute our Referral Machine playbook to grow production month over month and build a durable referral network that compounds over time.
What you'll bring
- At least two years of mortgage origination experience and an active NMLS license.
- Strong analytical skills for structuring and presenting complex loan scenarios, along with proven relationship-building and communication abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and fluency in English; working knowledge of renovation or construction lending is preferred.
