We are currently looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan, to help us create the next generation of gaming experiences.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead and mentor a talented team, guiding the development of both backend systems using Rust and C++ and frontend interfaces built with Electron, Tauri, and TypeScript for the Windows platform.
• You will architect and implement technical solutions that balance functional requirements with current market trends and the specific needs of our customers.
• You will manage the integration of various components, including backend services, frontend displays, and USB or wireless system communications, while ensuring all code is maintainable and meets our high quality standards.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for the gaming ecosystem. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in team leadership.
• Expertise in developing Windows desktop applications using C++ and Rust, specifically with experience in USB or wireless communications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with experience using Figma for UI prototyping and managing dynamic content through CDNs.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively across departments.
