As our Senior Lead, Product Operations, you will join a vision-driven team to design the execution engine that powers our product development, helping us scale and deliver impactful solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve our operating model for Product, Design, and Product Marketing, including the frameworks and rhythms that ensure high-quality delivery.
- Govern the Product Development Lifecycle to maintain consistency from initial problem framing through to final launch.
- Scale AI-assisted processes to automate manual workflows, improve decision quality, and increase overall velocity.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure rapid, high-quality software delivery.
- Lead critical cross-functional forums, such as quarterly planning and execution reviews, to align teams and mitigate risks.
- Drive the adoption of operational tools like Productboard and Figma to establish a single source of truth for roadmap visibility and dependency management.
Must-haves
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or product-focused Program Management.
- Proven success in building governance systems and operating models within a high-growth software environment.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Strong fluency in Productboard and Figma, with a track record of driving tool adoption at scale.
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and the specific needs of SMB customers.
- A player-coach mentality that balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
