Operating across 37 countries, our platform serves as the essential resource for design professionals to search, sample, and specify materials from leading brands. We are currently looking for a Senior Lead, Performance Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will report to the EVP of Marketing and take ownership of our performance marketing strategy, with a focus on driving measurable growth across search, social, and SEO channels in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end performance marketing roadmap, including budget management, forecasting, and testing plans to optimize key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and major platform partners such as Google and Meta to ensure we are leveraging best practices and innovative features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and brand teams to refine our attribution models, improve onsite conversion, and integrate data-driven insights into our marketing tech stack.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in the ecommerce sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and scaling acquisition channels like Search and Social.
- Deep analytical expertise, including proficiency in attribution, experimentation, and modern marketing technology platforms.
- A hands-on, data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to senior leadership.
