The role

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will act as a principal advisor to our most strategic car and commercial dealer partners. You will play a vital role in shaping our growth strategy, ensuring our top-tier clients achieve sustained success on our platform while mentoring other members of our account management team.

Core responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture deep, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at our largest dealer partner organizations to understand their long-term vision and business challenges.
  • Provide high-level strategic guidance and data-driven insights to help clients optimize their digital presence and overall performance on DoneDeal.
  • Proactively drive revenue growth through sophisticated account planning, consultative selling, and the creation of bespoke, high-value solutions for our strategic accounts.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in strategic sales or key account management, preferably within the digital advertising, automotive, or online marketplace sectors.
  • A proven track record of managing large accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets through strategic relationship building.
  • Deep expertise in the automotive and digital industries, with the ability to translate market knowledge into innovative client strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and Tableau for data visualization and insight generation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive leadership mindset with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Fluency in English.
