We are CustomShow, the industry leader in enterprise-class presentation software. We are currently looking for a Senior Java Flex Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis here in the United States. You will be a key contributor to our small, focused team as we build a next-generation presentation application that features advanced rich media, content management, and real-time collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated features for our presentation platform, including real-time collaboration, offline data synchronization, and complex systems integration.
- Design and implement high-quality user interfaces using Flex and Air while focusing on content generation, editing, and visual effects.
- Manage streaming media protocols and video mixing to ensure our users have a seamless experience with rich media content.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience with Java server technologies, specifically Spring and Hibernate. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven expertise in UI development using Flex and Air.
- Strong working knowledge of MVC design patterns.
- Experience working with real-time messaging, collaboration frameworks, and streaming media protocols.
- A solid understanding of enterprise software development lifecycles.
