We are looking for a Senior IT professional to join our team in Egypt on a full-time, hybrid basis. Our organization focuses on driving operational excellence through robust technology, and we need a leader who can manage our infrastructure while guiding our team toward greater efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage our IT team to ensure our operations align with our broader company goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain our core IT systems, which include our networks, servers, and software applications.
- Establish and enforce IT policies to protect the security and integrity of our data and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and suggest new technological solutions that can boost our overall productivity.
- Handle vendor relationships and manage contracts for our IT products and services.
- Act as a technical mentor by providing guidance and support to your colleagues and other departments.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated success managing Microsoft-based environments.
- Deep technical expertise in networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to lead IT projects and manage teams.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting, specifically PowerShell.
- At least one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or ITIL Certification.
