The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as the technical owner and advisor for our laboratory computerized systems and the underlying IT infrastructure. You will be the bridge between our technical operations and our regulatory requirements, ensuring that our lab and manufacturing environments remain secure, compliant, and highly functional. By managing the full lifecycle of these systems, you will play a vital role in maintaining the data integrity and operational continuity that define our work.
A day in the life
- You will oversee the secure deployment, administration, and scaling of critical lab and manufacturing systems, ensuring all integrations and upgrades are handled with precision.
- You will partner closely with our quality, engineering, and vendor teams to manage Computer System Validation activities and ensure our systems strictly adhere to 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory standards.
- You will act as the primary escalation point for technical troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis and representing our IT department during internal and regulatory audits.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape. You bring either a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or over 10 years of relevant IT experience in the industry. You are comfortable working in regulated environments and possess a strong grasp of GMP and data integrity practices. Your technical toolkit includes hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and complex network configurations. You are an excellent communicator who can translate technical requirements into clear documentation and SOPs, and you thrive when managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
