What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior IT Support specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in our help desk operations, ensuring our staff has the technical support they need to perform at their best. This role is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring an in-office presence at our New York City headquarters for at least three days per week.

What will you do?

• Manage the full lifecycle of help desk tickets, ensuring that we meet our service level agreements and escalating complex issues whenever necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges involving hardware, software, and network connectivity while documenting your solutions to build a robust knowledge base.
• Provide high-quality technical guidance to end-users, both on-site and remotely, while managing essential administrative tasks like hardware inventory and employee onboarding procedures.
