Senior IT Support Technician at Caruso

We are looking for a talented professional to join our technology team here at Caruso. We take pride in managing the technical infrastructure for our corporate offices and our beautiful properties across Southern California. Our team is fast-paced and highly skilled, and we are looking for someone who can jump in and help us maintain the high standard of service our users expect.

What is this role?

We are hiring a Senior IT Support Technician to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that requires a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience working in a demanding IT environment. You will be based in the United States and will need to be comfortable traveling to our various locations throughout Southern California when the need arises.

What will you do?

• Deliver top-tier support by handling daily IT tickets, providing both remote and in-person assistance to ensure our users receive five-star service.
• Take full ownership of essential administrative processes, such as managing hardware and software inventory, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, and optimizing our ticket queue management.
• Lead high-level projects by developing creative, productive solutions to complex technical requirements and documenting workflows to help the team stay organized.

• Extensive experience with fleet management tools like Active Directory, Jamf, SCCM, and InTune.
• A solid grasp of networking principles and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively.
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a wide range of people in English.
• A strong sense of discretion and the ability to remain calm and productive while managing deadlines in high-pressure situations.
