Join the fast-paced and well-versed Technology team at Caruso supporting our corporate offices and gorgeous properties around the Southern California area. You will bring a multi-faceted wide breadth of technical expertise ranging from end-user support to networking and business application software. The agility to shift priorities and direction while still executing at an efficient and productive pace is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide in-person and remote Tier 1 support and offer Tier 2 escalation for daily IT ticket queue, providing 5-star service to entire customer base.

Must be able to self-familiarize with current workflow, policies, and procedures and create relevant documentation.

Participate in high-level projects and present interesting and productive solutions to complex requirements.

Collaborate with the team utilizing multiple project management and productivity tools.

Take ownership of processes including but not limited to: employee on-boarding and off-boarding, hardware and software inventory, ticket queue management, and also make recommendations on how to improve department efficiency and productivity.

Consistently strive to learn, adapt, and support new technologies.

Possess the ability to troubleshoot and triage issues ranging from simple to complex problems.

Must have passion, energy, drive and a great attitude.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in fast paced IT environment.

Extensive experience with both Windows and Mac environments required

Strong fleet management abilities utilizing tools such as; Active Directory, Jamf, SCCM, InTune, etc. and the ability to deploy software and images.

Understanding of networking principals and troubleshooting connectivity

Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.

Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.

Must be able to drive to remote locations (within Southern California ) when needed, sometimes with a very short notice.

Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
