The opportunity
As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in keeping our employees productive and connected. You will serve as a primary point of contact for resolving technical hurdles, ranging from hardware malfunctions to complex software issues. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work and direct user support, ensuring that our infrastructure remains seamless whether our consultants are in the office or working remotely.
A day in the life
- You will diagnose and resolve technical issues across our hardware, software, and network environments, documenting every solution in our tracking system to help identify broader trends.
- You will manage the lifecycle of our workstations, which includes creating images, configuring hardware, and maintaining mobile devices to ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
- You will support our collaborative spaces by managing audio-visual equipment and video conferencing technology, ensuring that our meetings run smoothly and professionally.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in a help desk environment and a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field. You communicate clearly, whether you are explaining a technical fix over the phone or writing a guide for a colleague. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting and are ready to participate in our remote support rotation. Your technical toolkit should include:
- Strong proficiency with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF, Intune, Azure, and Autopilot.
- A solid understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Teams.
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
