At Specialty1 Partners, we are dedicated to providing essential business support services to top-tier specialty dental practices across the United States. Since our founding in 2019 by a group of endodontists, we have grown into one of the largest private owners of specialty dental practices in the country. With over 224 locations in 28 states, we pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class service to our network. We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our Houston-based IT team and help us maintain the high standards of performance and security our practices rely on.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. As a senior member of our technical staff, you will serve as a key escalation point for complex issues and play a vital role in ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and efficient. We are looking for someone with senior-level experience who can hit the ground running and provide mission-critical support to our internal team and our supported dental practices.
What will you do?
- Act as a primary escalation point for advanced troubleshooting, including complex network issues, O365 environments, and domain-related challenges.
- Manage the architecture and deployment of security patches, which involves monitoring maintenance windows, resolving installation issues, and performing root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline IT operations and improve alert generation.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a customer-oriented mindset. We value candidates who are proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Your qualifications should include:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or escalation-focused role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common productivity software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Life insurance and disability coverage.
- Paid time off.
- Additional perks such as pet insurance, identity theft protection, and access to legal services.
