Senior IT Support Analyst at Specialty1 Partners

We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our Houston-based IT team and help us maintain the high standards of performance and security our practices rely on.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. As a senior member of our technical staff, you will serve as a key escalation point for complex issues and play a vital role in ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and efficient. We are looking for someone with senior-level experience who can hit the ground running and provide mission-critical support to our internal team and our supported dental practices.

What will you do?

• Act as a primary escalation point for advanced troubleshooting, including complex network issues, O365 environments, and domain-related challenges.
• Manage the architecture and deployment of security patches, which involves monitoring maintenance windows, resolving installation issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline IT operations and improve alert generation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
