We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us scale our internal infrastructure.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join our growing Information Technology team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Switzerland. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with a requirement to be in our Zurich office from Monday through Wednesday each week.

Your impact

• Provide high-quality, white-glove IT support to our global team while maintaining clear communication on all active projects.
• Lead IT engineering efforts for our MDM systems, ensuring our hardware and software environments are secure and efficient.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for SaaS cloud management, automation, and infrastructure optimization.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in system administration and IT support.
• Deep proficiency with macOS and Windows 11 Pro, including hardware management and imaging tools like Bitlocker and FileVault.
• Expertise in Cloud Services, MDM policy management, and IT network fundamentals such as VLANs and IP schemas.
• Experience with modern ticketing systems and a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management.
• Strong familiarity with AV hardware and software, specifically Zoom and Logitech equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
• A passion for automation and reducing manual processes to improve overall team productivity.
