We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior IT Project Manager. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our clients and our internal development squads. You will act as a proxy project owner, managing multiple initiatives at once to ensure our technical solutions align perfectly with client needs. We operate entirely remotely, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world while collaborating with a talented group of engineers and designers.
What you'll be doing
- You will drive the sales process by gathering requirements through collaborative sessions like event storming and journey mapping, while also drafting statements of work and agile timelines.
- You will own the product backlog by refining user stories, prioritizing tasks, and working closely with the development team to define clear definitions of ready and done.
- You will manage the full sprint lifecycle, which includes facilitating scrum ceremonies, supporting the team during development, and performing final testing to ensure every release meets our quality standards.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep background in technology and project management. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in the following areas:
- Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- A strong grasp of backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.
- Experience facilitating technical workshops such as event storming and impact mapping.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our global clients and team members.
