The role

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of technology and project lifecycles. While this role is remote, you must reside in either New York or Washington, D.C. to be eligible.

Core responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects by managing multiple workstreams, tracking budgets, and ensuring all tasks align with our established software development lifecycle.
• Act as a primary bridge between our IT department and business stakeholders to define project goals, manage dependencies, and ensure that all technical objectives support our broader business strategy.
• Facilitate clear communication across the organization by providing status reports to senior leadership, managing project risks, and leading structured meetings to drive actionable results.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology and a proven track record of managing complex projects. We value the following qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years specifically in information technology and executive-level engagement.
• Advanced proficiency using Atlassian Confluence and JIRA to track progress and manage documentation.
• Significant experience working within professional services or the legal industry.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate project challenges and a collaborative mindset to help remove blockers for your team.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
