About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Operations professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing critical operational functions, including vendor relationships, IT support, endpoint management, and project compliance. You will play a vital part in our cross-functional efforts, working closely with Security, HR, and Finance to manage the lifecycles of our employees, contractors, and vendors while championing the use of our own platform to automate internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain IT and provisioning automations using the Tray.ai platform to streamline our internal workflows.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle for over 100 applications, collaborating with Finance and app owners to ensure cost-effectiveness, security, and proper access management.
• Facilitate SOC2 audit preparation by gathering IT control evidence and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure long-term compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT operations, project management, and vendor management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SOC2 compliance requirements or similar IT security standards.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, providing high-quality employee support, and managing access requests.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Experience in automating IT processes and a comfort level with both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks.
• Prior experience in a SaaS company or a fast-growing tech environment, along with familiarity using AI tools, is considered a significant plus.
