What you bring

As our Senior IT Manager, you will lead our technical operations from our office in the United States. This full-time role is designed for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing complex environments and supporting a growing team. You will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing our office network infrastructure, including the design and maintenance of routers, switches, and wireless systems.
• Managing our portfolio of SaaS applications to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and efficient license usage.
• Leading our helpdesk operations to provide timely technical support and managing smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for our staff.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in IT management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a deep understanding of IT security, cloud infrastructure, and network administration. Proficiency in managing AWS environments is essential, and relevant certifications are highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Beyond technical expertise, we value your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical team members and your proactive approach to solving problems. You must be comfortable working in an on-site capacity and possess a strong commitment to maintaining high security and compliance standards.

What we offer
