What you bring

We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer to serve as the founding member of our APAC IT and Security team. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will report to the Head of IT and Security to maintain our enterprise systems and drive technical initiatives. You will work from any location, with the requirement to be in the office a couple of days a week. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing and resolving IT support tickets while serving as an escalation point for our helpdesk.
• Collaborating with external vendors to coordinate the lifecycle of IT assets and hardware.
• Supporting high-level security initiatives and infrastructure integrations to ensure our business processes remain efficient and secure.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong security mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience across disciplines like network management, database management, and operations. We require at least 2 years of experience with Agile methods and proficiency in English. You should be comfortable with Google Workspace, modern operating systems like MacOS and Windows, and MDM software such as Jamf or Intune. We value candidates who are self-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of automating services through scripting.
