Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior IT Compliance Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This management-level position is perfect for a professional with 4 to 8 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our IT compliance programs and ensure our systems meet the highest regulatory standards.
Your impact
- Develop and manage comprehensive compliance programs for IT, information security, and business continuity, ensuring we remain aligned with GDPR and other relevant legal requirements.
- Lead internal audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors to monitor adherence to our internal policies and procedures.
- Perform regular risk assessments across our business teams and implement effective mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities, particularly within our cloud-based infrastructure.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800, with familiarity regarding BSI 200 and NIS2.
- Technical proficiency in information security and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience with GRC software and a track record of conducting successful IT audits.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical compliance findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
