Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior IT Compliance Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This management-level position is perfect for a professional with 4 to 8 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our IT compliance programs and ensure our systems meet the highest regulatory standards.

Your impact

Develop and manage comprehensive compliance programs for IT, information security, and business continuity, ensuring we remain aligned with GDPR and other relevant legal requirements.
Lead internal audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors to monitor adherence to our internal policies and procedures.
Perform regular risk assessments across our business teams and implement effective mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities, particularly within our cloud-based infrastructure.

What you'll need

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800, with familiarity regarding BSI 200 and NIS2.
Technical proficiency in information security and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong experience with GRC software and a track record of conducting successful IT audits.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical compliance findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
