Senior IT Business Analyst at Momsmeals

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical environments. While this role offers a hybrid work arrangement, you must be local to the Des Moines, IA area to ensure you can work onsite whenever necessary. Please note that we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role, so you must be authorized to work in the United States without any future sponsorship requirements.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with IT project managers and development teams throughout the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze and synthesize complex business requirements to conceptualize processes and ensure they are documented and implemented accurately.
• Provide leadership and guidance to your peers by identifying process design changes, managing resources, and driving the resolution of project issues.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should bring at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT projects. You should have a strong background in requirement gathering, data analysis, and project management. We value candidates who can communicate effectively, manage multiple competing priorities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience and IT certifications will also be considered.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess the following:

• Proficiency in SQL, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce.
• Experience using requirement and issue management systems like Azure DevOps.
• Industry experience in healthcare or manufacturing.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Excellent skills in conducting meetings and facilitating process design workshops.
