The opportunity

We are searching for Senior and Intermediate Developers to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within Canada. In this role, you will be a key player in our development lifecycle, taking ownership of technical design and ensuring that our software remains robust and reliable. You will work closely with your peers to refine our processes, share knowledge, and ensure that our technical standards remain top-tier as we scale our impact.

A day in the life

• You will lead the design and development of high-quality features, utilizing Test-Driven Development to ensure our code is both effective and resilient.
• You will actively participate in the code review process, providing constructive feedback on pull requests to maintain our commitment to excellence.
• You will contribute to project planning by identifying potential risks, creating detailed work schedules, and offering expert advice on technical standards to our clients and management team.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with a strong foundation in software development and a collaborative spirit. You communicate fluently in English and thrive in environments that value technical rigor and team morale. You have a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, mentor those around you, and translate project requirements into actionable development plans.
