We are looking for a dedicated Senior Integrity Engineer to join our Supply Chain division and play a vital role in the safety and efficiency of our extensive network of fuel storage terminals across Australia.

What you bring

In this full-time, on-site position, you will work within our Reliability and Integrity engineering team to support up to 30 terminals and depots. Your primary focus will be acting as a subject matter expert to guide our asset owners and project teams in maintaining high standards of safety and performance. You will be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, with the expectation of regular interstate travel to visit our facilities.

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity programs that cover risk management, regulatory compliance, and inspection regimes.
• Provide technical leadership by analyzing inspection reports and corrosion management strategies to optimize the health of our assets.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for the design, construction, and troubleshooting of major assets while managing our integrity database and reporting key performance indicators.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering with a focus on risk and reliability management. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Root Cause Analysis and Predictive Analysis to help us stay ahead of potential maintenance issues. You must have a solid understanding of relevant Australian and industry standards, including API-580 and API-571 for risk-based inspections. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be collaborating with diverse teams and overseeing site works, quality assurance, and contractor management. We value candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex data to drive informed decision-making.
