What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our Solutions Team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, bridging the gap between our clients and our coaching platform by managing complex data integrations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, architecting, and developing robust data pipelines while utilizing tools like SnapLogic, SQL, and SOQL.
• Providing mentorship to junior staff members on the data integration team, including conducting pull request reviews and guiding technical strategy.
• Acting as a primary data liaison for our client partners to ensure data quality, document requirements, and optimize integration processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or possess equivalent professional experience. We require at least five years of related experience, specifically with ETL pipelines and data integration technologies. You must be a self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will frequently translate complex technical requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL or SOQL is required, and familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is considered a plus. Because we handle sensitive student information, you must be committed to maintaining data privacy and complying with all security policies, including FERPA regulations.
