The Senior Integration Engineer will work directly with InsideTrack customers to integrate customer data from various systems into the InsideTrack coaching platform. As a technical thought leader, this role will involve mentorship of less senior staff on the data integration team and partnership with the Manager of Data Integration on developing technical solutions. They will be responsible for carefully documenting and tracking requirements, managing project scope, performing QA on customer-provided data, managing misalignment between customer data and standardized formats, and ensuring solutions are delivered within expected timelines. This role will be responsible for developing integration processes using primarily off the shelf integration tools, SQL, and SOQL. Balancing speed with maintainability, this role should manage manual processes to a minimum and look for automation opportunities. This role will require cross collaboration between external and internal stakeholders and as such will require the ability to discuss complex requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop integration automation processes using SnapLogic, a low code data integration toolProvide mentorship and support to other engineers and analysts on the Data Integration and broader Data, Platform, and Analytics teams, including coaching/direct mentorship, pull request reviews and collaboration on technical solutionsAct as the data liaison with our client partners; provide a clear, consultative approach when working with client partners, communicating best practices to achieve client goalsCreate and support various ETL scripts, jobs, and technologiesManage the design, architecture, and development of our data pipelinesConsult with other members of the Data, Platform, and Analytics team on technical solutions to meet client data integration needsGather and document customer requirements for program data integration needsOwn and develop relationships with client partner data contacts, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrationProvide support and triage for issues related to customer data integrationValidate quality of client data through QA processesDocument and maintain integration specification documentation for all clientsMaintain code in GitHub repositoryPartner directly with customers to ensure best practices, and compliance with standardized formats are followed for program successAssess customer readiness for data integrations and provide guidance for program implementation and additional scope beyond standard implementation specificationsManage workload and raise issues around inability to meet deadlinesProvide feedback on business processes and areas of process improvementReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product teamCollaborate effectively and cooperatively with stakeholders, co-workers, vendors, and leadership to create new ideas for solutions that solve internal business challengesConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to our client partnersPerform related duties as requestedEducation Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work experienceRequired Skills:

Position may require travel up to 5% of time to attend client meetings with possibility of some overnight travel.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:
Requires prolonged sitting with some bending, stooping and stretching; eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Also requires moderate to intense concentration due to complexity and/or need to meet deadlines, and flexibility to readily adapt to a changing environment.
