What you bring

In this full-time, on-site role based in the United States, you will serve as a vital resource for our internal customers by providing expert technical support and innovative solutions. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Technology, Network Administration, Virtualization, AWS, Azure, Windows, and Firewall management to ensure our systems remain robust and efficient. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining both physical and virtualized network environments, including Nutanix, AWS, and Azure platforms.
• Managing daily help desk tickets for developers and users, which includes providing technical assistance, Active Directory support, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Ensuring peak system performance and availability through proactive monitoring, rigorous testing, and the implementation of reliable backup and recovery processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical proficiency with a customer-centric mindset. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts in an informed and consultative manner to colleagues at all levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of experience in an information systems support role. You must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, such as typing, and be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Fluency in English is required to ensure effective collaboration with our team and customers.
