We are Leveraged Media, a performance-focused partner that has powered over 3,000 creator campaigns on YouTube, resulting in 5 billion views. We collaborate with high-growth public and venture-backed companies to execute impactful partnerships with top-tier creators like MrBeast, Emma Chamberlain, and Druski.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic lead for major brand accounts by managing campaign architecture and interpreting performance data.
Cultivate and manage creator partnerships, including identifying top talent and securing exclusive deals.
Direct the media planning process to create data-driven strategies that consistently hit client performance targets.
Manage client communication by leading meetings and aligning stakeholders on account objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of creator culture and viral trends to ensure our campaigns remain ahead of the curve.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of professional experience in marketing, media buying, talent management, or growth-focused brand strategy.
Expertise in performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPM, and engagement rates.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex, fast-paced client interactions.
A genuine passion for the YouTube ecosystem and a proactive, autonomous approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base salary for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
