The role

We are looking for a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in the Philippines, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our architectural strategy for identity and access management. You will work in a hybrid environment, focusing on securing user authentication and authorization across our diverse platforms to protect our critical data and resources.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of advanced IAM solutions, including IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA.
• Oversee the integration of complex systems and applications into our existing IAM infrastructure.
• Develop and implement robust IAM governance frameworks while performing risk assessments to mitigate potential identity-related threats.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in information security and identity management. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in IAM or advanced cybersecurity roles, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience engineering and implementing IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity.
• More than 5 years of experience in application integration and configuration, as well as advanced scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Java, or JSON.
• Deep technical knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and Kerberos.
• A solid understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, ULM, and access reviews, alongside proficiency with tools like Entra ID and Active Directory.
• The ability to mentor junior team members and manage projects independently.
• Preferred certifications include AZ-500, CIDPRO, CIAM, CIMP, or CCSP.
