Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. As a senior member of our security organization, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining the infrastructure that keeps our systems secure and efficient.

Your impact

• Design, develop, and implement robust identity governance, access management, and authentication solutions.
• Maintain the stability and performance of our IAM platforms while enforcing strict security policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to integrate new applications and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background in identity security. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, or 5 to 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with IAM technologies, including SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proven expertise with industry-standard IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or Ping Identity.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Bonus points for experience with SailPoint workflows, RBAC role mining, and relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering badges.
