Senior Human Resources Generalist at Suvoda

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our global team at Suvoda. In this role, you will help us attract and retain top talent, foster our unique company culture, and support our employees throughout their professional journeys within the clinical trials industry.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership and staff on HR policies, labor law compliance, and employment terms.
• Lead and execute HR projects while aligning initiatives with our broader business objectives.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Partner with our HRIS team to refine operational processes and maintain accurate data in systems like Workday.
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure all HR data and contract changes are processed correctly.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and update internal policies to maintain full compliance.
• Prepare high-quality data summaries, reports, and communications to assist in organizational decision-making.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related audits and resolve complex employee inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and enhance overall employee engagement.

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of experience in HR specialist, advisory, or generalist roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Romanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A bachelor or master degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience navigating multi-country employment laws and regulations.
• Prior experience working with the Charisma HR system.
