About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner / Team Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that will play a pivotal role in our ongoing transformation. You will be responsible for embedding our HR operating model while ensuring that our generalist HR activities remain consistent, compliant, and effective. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Oversee HR operations and systems, ensuring that employee records are current and that organizational updates are reflected promptly.
- Provide expert guidance on UK employment law and internal policies while coordinating compliance training and supporting employee relations matters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- A strong background in generalist HR with a deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience working with HR operating frameworks, such as the Helix HR model.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, best practices, and policy documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing various HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
