What you bring

As our Senior HR Specialist, you will take on a lead role within our Amsterdam hub, working in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will serve as a vital link between our local operations and our headquarters in France, ensuring our HR strategy aligns with our global mission. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to final offboarding processes.
• Driving key HR initiatives, including the coordination of performance reviews and professional development programs.
• Providing expert guidance on local labor laws and managing complex employee relations to ensure a compliant and supportive workplace.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a solid educational background, typically a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. You should bring over a decade of experience in HR, ideally within the fast-paced environment of a tech company or startup. Because you will be navigating the Dutch regulatory landscape, deep expertise in Dutch law is essential. We require professional fluency in both Dutch and English to communicate effectively across our international teams. The ideal person for this role is highly organized, pragmatic, and maintains a high level of integrity when handling sensitive information.
