We are currently looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity at our headquarters in Hanau. Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including the maintenance of personnel master data, time tracking, contract administration, and the issuance of official documents.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll by coordinating closely with our external service providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, management, tax consultants, and auditors, while also serving as an internal IT key user for our Workday system.
Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a professional certification as a personnel specialist.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in operational HR, supported by a strong understanding of tax and social security regulations.
- Proficiency in Workday and MS Office, with additional knowledge of SAP considered a valuable asset.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
