What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Growth Product Manager to join our product team! You will be responsible for driving top performance across all our sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experimentation: Utilize a data-driven approach to design and execute experiments to improve conversion rates, revenue growth and cross sell.
• Product Strategy: Identify strategic opportunities and drive business value by releasing significant product launches.
• Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities and market gaps. Conduct user interviews to understand the why behind data insights.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely in cross-functional teams with marketing, insurance/supply and legal, to align growth strategies with broader business objectives.

What you’ll need

• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on growth and optimization, a bonus for it being within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resulting in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with lots of change.
• Growth mindset. A never-ending desire to grow and learn, and tag along your team in that process.
• Driver mindset. You are strongly biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master disambiguator/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
