At Civis Analytics, we empower mission-driven organizations to leverage data and artificial intelligence to create meaningful change. We are currently seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to take charge of our customer acquisition and top-of-funnel growth initiatives. In this full-time, remote position, you will lead the development and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate the adoption of our software solutions. You will collaborate across departments to execute high-impact strategies that amplify our market presence. Please note that this role is open to candidates currently residing in DC, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
Key outcomes
- Email Program Management: Develop and oversee a high-performing, test-driven email strategy that serves as a reliable channel for lead capture, awareness, and event recruitment.
- Digital Storytelling: Promote our digital customer-story series by collaborating with technical and account teams to highlight our work with premier nonprofit organizations.
- Social Media Strategy: Maintain a consistent social media presence that spotlights our innovations in AI while driving follower growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Campaign Optimization: Manage marketing dashboards and track key performance indicators to iterate on tactics, explore new channels, and experiment with AI-driven marketing automation.
- Event Support: Provide marketing support for both virtual and in-person industry conferences and our internal events focused on the nonprofit sector.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in growth, digital, or demand generation marketing, specifically within the B2B software or SaaS sectors.
- Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns across email and social media that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to a test-and-learn approach.
- Expertise in creating and optimizing social content that reinforces a consistent brand narrative throughout the buyer journey.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
- Technical proficiency with email marketing platforms like Pardot or HubSpot, as well as experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and content management systems like WordPress or Webflow.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and display networks.
- Background in Conversion Rate Optimization, including the ability to form and test hypotheses to improve lead capture.
- Deep understanding of the data science and analytics industry, including the specific challenges faced by practitioners in this field.
- Experience in business software writing and content distribution across digital platforms.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $72,000. We offer a remote work environment as part of our benefits package.
