What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be our first dedicated lead for client acquisition across paid, directory, and organic channels. You will be responsible for driving efficient growth and optimizing our customer acquisition costs while working from anywhere. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy, including testing and scaling channels like Google Ads and YouTube.
• Managing and reporting on acquisition performance, turning complex data into actionable insights to guide our investment decisions.
• Serving as the internal subject matter expert for SEO and directory performance, partnering with external agencies to maximize our visibility and conversion rates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a bias toward action and a strong background in digital marketing. You should have 7 to 9 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within the behavioral health or healthcare sectors. We require at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, specifically using Meta Ads Manager. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and HubSpot is essential. You must be comfortable working both strategically and tactically, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
