We are CAPRI CONSULT, the advisory firm that helps HENRYs – High Earners Not Rich Yet – turn their income into lasting wealth. For more than ten years we have supported clients in building six- and seven-figure assets through independent, product-free advice. With teams in Berlin and Dresden, we aim to become Germany’s leading provider of systematic wealth building within the next five years. We are now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join us full time on-site in Germany and lead the next stage of our marketing growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously refine a cross-channel marketing strategy that supplies our advisors with high-quality leads while shaping our brand positioning.
- Scale paid social campaigns, establish an internal content function, and provide day-to-day leadership to one marketing colleague.
- Manage external agencies, track KPIs, run A/B tests, optimize SEO and review management, and support the CEO’s personal-brand initiatives.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in growth marketing with proven success in building and scaling performance channels, ideally with a focus on paid social.
- Strong data literacy: you interpret metrics, spot trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
- Interest in AI tools and marketing automation, combined with an analytical mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English; willingness to work on-site in Germany.
