The opportunity

We are creating a new seat on our Marketing team for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will shape how the world discovers and stays with our products. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, Support, and Design, turning data-backed ideas into campaigns that reach millions. Your work will decide which experiments graduate into lasting growth loops and which ones quietly retire, giving you a direct line of sight from hypothesis to worldwide impact.

A day in the life

• You map the user journey from first click to loyal advocate, then design and launch campaigns across paid social, search, referrals, and lifecycle channels to move people smoothly through each stage.
• You sit with Product and Design to run live A/B tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, and engagement prompts, watching the numbers in real time and deciding what to double down on before the day ends.
• You pull performance data into clear reports, share the story behind the metrics with the wider team, and set the next week’s priorities so the whole organisation knows exactly where growth energy should flow.

Who you are

You bring three to five years of growth or user-acquisition experience inside high-growth consumer products, preferably fintech or mobile gaming. You can trace a user from first touch to repeat use and know which levers-paid social, search, email, referrals-move the needle at each step. You treat analytics tools as daily instruments, set your own KPIs, and turn A/B test results into quick decisions. You enjoy working side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Creative colleagues, and you stay calm when priorities shift because you have done it before. English is your working language, and you are comfortable in a hybrid setup based in the United Kingdom.
