Senior Graphic Designer at Narwhal Technologies

We are Nx, the team behind the leading open-source build system for monorepos. Our tools, including Nx Cloud and Nx Enterprise, empower some of the largest engineering organizations in the world to optimize their development workflows and improve code quality. Having recently secured 15 million dollars in funding, we are growing our reach and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a vital role in shaping how we communicate our value to developers and engineering leaders through impactful visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality marketing assets such as landing pages, digital advertisements, white papers, and sponsorship materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging illustrations, diagrams, and animations.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing departments to produce effective pitch decks, case studies, and collateral that support our business goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can balance creative vision with strategic thinking. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, ideally within the B2B, SaaS, or developer tools space.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in UX design, technical storytelling, and brand asset creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• A deep understanding of accessibility standards and design best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for your design decisions and explain them in the context of business objectives.
• The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, distributed, and asynchronous environment.
