Senior Global Benefits Specialist at GOAT

GOAT Group is looking for a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. As a leader in the authentic sneaker, apparel, and accessory market, we operate four distinct brands-GOAT, Flight Club, Grailed, and alias-serving a global community of over 50 million members. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of our international benefits programs while serving as the primary administrator for our leave of absence processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans across our international locations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for international benefits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and managing the renewal process in partnership with our brokers.
• Take full ownership of our leave of absence program by collaborating with HR, payroll, and legal teams to resolve complex issues and improve existing workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically focusing on benefits plan structure and leave administration.
• Extensive background in managing international benefits and navigating governing regulations.
• Strong ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail when developing educational resources for employees.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing wellness initiatives, with familiarity in systems like UKG or PlanSource considered a plus.

What we offer

The hiring range for this position is $83,500 to $104,500 USD. We determine final compensation based on factors such as your primary work location, level of experience, and relevant skills. Our benefits package includes:
