What you bring
As a Senior Gameplay Engineer, you will play a vital role in our full-time, remote team. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in C++, Unreal Engine, and graphics programming to help us push our technical boundaries. This position is open to candidates located anywhere within the contiguous United States. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and enhancing our cell shader technology.
- Researching and implementing improvements to our lighting model.
- Profiling and optimizing runtime performance for the CPU, GPU, and memory usage.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in C++ and experience working with HLSL or GLSL. We require deep familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 and a proven track record of having shipped at least one game. You should be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who values clean and reusable code. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating closely with engineers and technical artists. Please note that you must be eligible to work in the United States without visa support.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 USD, which is determined based on your unique experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to our compensation package, we offer the following benefit:
