What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who thrives in a high-performing environment and possesses a strong bias for action. You will be working with a distributed team, so you should be comfortable collaborating across different time zones.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and robust code across both our frontend and backend systems.
• Proactively identify and solve complex technical problems while contributing to core architecture and system design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in peer code reviews to ensure we are delivering high-quality, well-tested solutions.

You are a curious, proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a team-oriented culture. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of professional experience and a strong grasp of the following:

• Backend expertise: Proficiency in PHP, Python, or Java.
• Frontend skills: Experience building with React or Vue.js.
• Engineering principles: A solid understanding of S.O.L.I.D. principles and system design for large-scale applications.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to effectively collaborate with our distributed team.
