We are scaling rapidly to define the category of offline identity, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us bridge the gap between physical and digital experiences.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Monetization pod on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in the United States, offering a hybrid work environment. You will be instrumental in architecting and scaling our Flowcode 2 platform, focusing specifically on user activation and ePLG experiences. You will balance hands-on coding with architectural strategy to ensure our systems remain performant and reliable.
Core responsibilities
- Design and build scalable features across our entire stack, ensuring a seamless connection between backend services and intuitive user interfaces.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key features, from initial data modeling and API design to the final user-facing implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to drive our technical roadmap while mentoring other engineers to elevate our collective execution.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in software development and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. We look for the following qualifications:
- Five to seven years of professional experience shipping high-quality production software.
- Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Go, Python, C#, or Java.
- Extensive experience with React and Next.js.
- Deep knowledge of web architecture, including API design and data modeling.
- Experience working with AWS and containerized environments using Docker.
- A builder’s mindset with excellent communication skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is 175000 USD to 225000 USD, plus equity. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a hybrid work model to provide flexibility for our team members.
