About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of features across our entire stack, ensuring that every part of the HTTPie ecosystem feels cohesive, fast, and reliable. You will work closely with our existing infrastructure to build tools that developers love to use every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features that prioritize a clean, simple, and delightful user experience.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from designing database models and API endpoints to building polished UI components.
• Enhance our real-time data synchronization protocols and integrate advanced collaboration features across our platform.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and a deep appreciation for high-quality tooling. We look for candidates who possess the following:

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in building single-page applications with React and robust backends using Python.
• A solid understanding of HTTP, modern API structures, and automated testing techniques.
• The ability to balance the need for robust solutions with the speed required to move quickly in a startup environment.
• Strong written communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn and share knowledge with the team.

This position is fully remote, and you may work from anywhere.
