While self-service platforms have transformed how individuals manage their own money, financial advisors are still stuck manually moving data across seven to ten different software tools. This creates a cycle of errors, inefficiencies, and frustration that we are determined to fix. We are building the first wealth tech data orchestration company, creating a seamless way to sync client data across an advisor's entire tech stack. Our team is composed of experienced startup operators with deep roots in both technology and financial advisory, and we are looking for a partner to help us unlock the potential of this entire ecosystem.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join us as an early team member. This is a foundational role where you will have the freedom to shape our engineering culture from the ground up. You will take end-to-end ownership of our product features, influence our architectural decisions, and play a pivotal role in defining our technical roadmap. A day in the life

• You will lead critical development areas, such as creating self-service onboarding flows, building data blending and deconfliction engines, and streamlining digital account opening processes.
• You will work closely with our cross-functional team to maintain a high-quality developer experience, utilizing tools like React, Node, Fastify, React Query, Vite, Storybook, and Playwright.
• You will ensure our product remains robust in production by leveraging observability and monitoring tools to proactively triage and resolve operational challenges.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 7 years of experience and a strong track record of shipping complex, high-scale systems. You thrive in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup and possess a bias for action. You are customer-centric, impact-driven, and take pride in owning your work from start to finish. You communicate fluently in English and are excited to work on-site in the United States. While not required, you will stand out if you have experience in fintech, a history of building open-source software, or a passion for integrating AI models into your workflow.
