The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our closely knit, collaborative team. We value engineers who possess a T-shaped skill set, meaning you have deep expertise in either the backend or frontend while remaining flexible enough to work across the entire stack. You will play a vital role in designing end-to-end software architectures and driving the shipment of well-tested, high-quality code. As a senior member of the team, you will not only contribute to our core products but also mentor junior engineers and help shape our technical culture through pair programming and thoughtful code reviews.

A day in the life

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver seamless experiences that solve real customer problems.
• Engage in the full development lifecycle, utilizing Lean and Agile practices to ship robust, well-tested features frequently.
• Participate in rich technical discussions and pair programming sessions, contributing to system design and architecture while exploring new ideas and technologies.

Who you are

You are a passionate problem solver who enjoys the craft of programming and thrives in a fast-paced, adaptive environment. We are technology agnostic, so while we use tools like React, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, and Kubernetes, we care more about your engineering mindset than your familiarity with every specific language. You should have a strong grasp of system design, object-oriented programming, and cloud-native architectures. We are looking for someone who communicates well, values test-driven development, and is eager to own topics and pioneer new solutions.
