The role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on the lives of millions. You will work directly on production code from your first day, contributing to systems that support our rapid global growth while helping us cultivate a world-class engineering culture.

Core responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and optimize code across our web applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure while maintaining high standards through automated testing and monitoring.
• Deliver features to our users frequently and incrementally by deploying code to production on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with your teammates through active pair programming, code reviews, and technical design sessions to ensure collective success.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive professional experience and a passion for building high-quality software. We look for candidates who possess the following:

• Eight to ten or more years of professional software engineering experience, ideally across various company stages ranging from startups to large-scale tech firms.
• Proven ability to drive technical excellence through DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and robust test automation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in pair programming and mentoring other engineers.
• Proficiency or significant experience with Node, React, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS is highly valued.
• A commitment to working within Americas time zones.
