Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in shaping our platform while working alongside a collaborative, high-impact engineering group.
Your impact
- You will design, build, and maintain highly scalable services that keep our platform running at peak performance.
- You will proactively identify gaps in our codebase, implementing improvements through refactoring, rigorous testing, and automated deployment strategies.
- You will serve as a key collaborator, working across marketing, product, and data teams to ensure our technical decisions align with our broader business goals.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional engineering experience, including 2 years with Ruby on Rails paired with Go or Python.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework like React or Vue.js.
- A strong background in building and operating service-oriented architectures using both relational and non-relational databases.
- The ability to navigate complex, ambiguous projects and communicate clearly in English.
- Proficiency with observability tools like Sentry, Cloudwatch, or NewRelic to keep our systems healthy.
