We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Bonusly, we define velocity by the value we deliver to our customers rather than just the speed at which we ship code. Our engineers collaborate closely with product management and design teams to solve real problems, often stepping away from the keyboard to ensure our solutions truly serve our users.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features using React, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, and Postgres to address customer needs.
- Take ownership of the entire stack, including frontend interfaces, backend logic, APIs, and data processing systems.
- Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to guide the evolution of our product while fostering a supportive and psychologically safe team environment.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a software engineer for at least three years.
- Proven background working in a startup environment or experience as a founder.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is highly preferred to help you ramp up quickly.
- A solid understanding of SaaS business metrics, such as annual recurring revenue and customer acquisition costs, and how your engineering work impacts these goals.
- You must be based in the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, MN, NY, NJ, OR, TN, TX, or UT.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $136,000 to $220,000, which accounts for various job levels within our organization. In addition to base pay, this role includes an equity range of 0.08% to 0.23%. As a remote-first company, we offer the flexibility of remote work to support your professional and personal balance.
