The role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Carriers and Drivers department on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will help us build the next generation of our logistics platform. You can work in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Berlin, Barcelona, or Madrid.

Core responsibilities

• Drive innovation: You will lead the development of new solutions, from brainstorming complex problems and creating technical designs to building proof of concepts.
• Take ownership: You will manage team components and libraries, ensuring high architectural standards and guiding projects from their initial inception through to completion.
• Foster collaboration: You will work within an autonomous, agile team to mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and maintain high code quality through documentation and test automation.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in building scalable software systems and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems using microservices.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and a modern front-end framework like Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS to optimize application performance.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation.
• Fluency in English, which serves as our primary language for cross-team communication.
