At ggQuest, we are developing an ecosystem of player-focused applications that operate on a cross-chain reputation protocol. Our mission is to lead the way in onchain gaming reputation by providing gamers with meaningful recognition, rewards, and proof-of-play collectibles for their time spent in games. We offer players the tools to build and monetize their reputation, while enabling games, chains, and advertisers to identify and engage high-value users. We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere in the world.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of the development and launch of core features for the ggxyz protocol, including our primary questing client, clans protocol, and player discovery tools.
- Design, build, and maintain a high-performance data platform, ensuring that our infrastructure remains both scalable and reliable.
- Conduct research and implement indexers for advanced onchain data primitives, such as MUD contracts and cross-chain blobs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage security audits and contract work, while contributing to the maintenance of our protocol documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience as a software engineer and a strong ability to influence product architecture. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values rapid iteration, simple design, and a user-first philosophy. Proficiency in English is required to coordinate with our team and external partners effectively.
