Senior Fullstack Engineer at Midi Health

What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level position based in the United States. We operate with a hybrid work model, with our team gathering at our Palo Alto office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle of our products, from initial brainstorming and architectural design to final rollout and iteration.

What will you do?

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build new features and enhance our existing healthcare platform.
• Develop high-quality, scalable code that balances the need for rapid execution with long-term architectural stability.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges by designing elegant solutions and actively contributing to our engineering culture and best practices.

• You have at least 6 years of experience building scalable, full-stack engineering solutions, ideally within a startup setting.

• You are comfortable leading major architectural initiatives and working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English and willing to coordinate with international teammates when necessary.
